A Studio Manager will look different for every Photographer/DJ/Videographer. Our typical services include
-answering daily emails from new leads, other photographers, businesses, and current clients
-invoicing clients as needed (we are familiar with Shoot Q and willing to learn whatever program you use)
-managing your calendar by setting up client meetings, appointments, portrait sessions, and also giving you all the information needed for the shoot as well as reminding you about it.
-preparing client orders and shipping them (this is optional, but if you would like prints and products delivered to us, we will prepare them and ship them to clients for you)
How does it all work? How do we get started? How much does it cost?
We know that every studio's needs will be very different. If you are interested in our services, we ask that you call or email with questions. This will be the best way that we can explain what needs to be done and what our services might cost you. Our price range varies depending on what you need us for, but you can expect anywhere from $50-$100 per week. We pride ourselves in our honesty and customer service. If at any point we feel like our original quote for cost of service wasn't accurate, we will adjust it. Our goal is to learn who you are as an individual and as a business, because we want to be able to run your business exactly as you would want. This takes a little bit of time and adjustment, and there will definitely be a lot of questions in the beginning, but we promise it will be worth it after a month or two! While we know this is a HUGE leap of faith, and it takes a lot of thought and preparation, we urge you to call and talk to us about what you and your business needs.
